Once you've identified the correct
illumination wire, install a red
wire tap connector to the wire.
Align the metal fork in the wire tap
under the center of the wire. Fold
the other half of the connector
over, and while holding it in place,
snap it completely closed with a
pair of pliers. When ready to make
the connection gather your
illumination wire(s) from the gauges
and cut to length. Install a male
spade connector and insert it into
the wire tap connector as shown. |
