Gauge Installation on a Gen 3 Dodge Cummins

Once the plate is removed, drill 2 holes in it for the snap grommets that come with the ISSPRO gauge kit.  Drill one 1/2” hole and one 5/16” hole within the circle area of the plate. Install the larger (3/8” snap grommet) in the larger hole and smaller (3/16” snap grommet) in the smaller hole. If you are not installing a boost gauge you can omit drilling for the smaller grommet. The large grommet will be used for running your thermocouple and transmission temp sender wires, and the smaller grommet will be used solely for running the boost gauge tubing through the firewall plug. NOTE: If you have a manual transmission, locate an alternative location to run your wires and boost gauge tubing through the firewall. If you decide to drill through the firewall, use the same size holes as mentioned above and install the snap grommets.
