Place the gauge mount
over the factory pillar.
It will eventually be
attached on top of it
with 4 push pun
fasteners. Mark
locations to run the gauge wires and boost
gauge tubing. Mark your holes on the
low side of each gauge cup so that the wires wont have to
bend upward to exit the pillar. They
will be directed down the pillar, so
keeping the holes toward the bottom will
give them a straighter run. NOTE: There
will be a part of the
factory A-pillar that
will show closest to the
weather-strip molding.
This is intentional. Do
not attempt to remove
the weather-strip
molding. It is glued in
place. |
