Mark locations to run the gauge wires and boost gauge tubing.  Mark your holes on the low side of each gauge cup so that the wires wont have to bend upward to exit the pillar.  They will be directed down the pillar, so keeping the holes toward the bottom will give them a straighter run.  For factory grab handle equipped trucks you can use one of the large cutouts for the middle gauge.
