This is a view from under the dash.  Remove this firewall plug. It just pops right out.  This is the access way for the clutch pedal on standard transmission equipped trucks. Don't discard this as it will be reused later.  Under the insulation there will be a plastic plug.  Remove it by pushing it out toward the engine compartment.
