DESCRIPTION:
D-GEL is an emergency diesel fuel additive treatment that
reliquefies iced and gelled diesel fuel and heating oil.
Diesel fuel can become frozen when water in the fuel freezes or
gelled when wax crystals thicken and coagulate. In either case,
fuel flow is reduced or eliminated entirely resulting in reduced
engine power or total engine shutdown. D-GEL will reliquefy
diesel fuel in either of these two conditions.
D-GEL is completely safe for treating emergency diesel fuel and
heating oil problems encountered in severe winter weather.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES:
• Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Compliant
◦ Contains less than 15 ppm sulfur
• Melts Ice on Contact
◦ Thaws frozen fuel lines
• Melts Wax on Contact
◦ Dissolves waxed/gelled fuel lines and filters
DIRECTIONS:
If engine is not running -
Change fuel filter. Add one 1 pint of D-GEL to fuel filter. Add
one 1 pint of D-GEL to each fuel tank. Do not start engine for
20-30 minutes to allow D-GEL to work.
If engine is running and there is no power or very little
power -
Add 1 pint of D-GEL to each fuel tank and let engine continue to
idle for 15 minutes before driving.
