We have put together complete two
and three gauge kits for
1994-2008
Dodge Cummins owners. This is an alternative to buying
individual Gauges, gauge mount, and all of the hardware and sub-components yourself.
Most suppliers require you to purchase all of the optional
accessories separately, if they offer them at all. We at
DieselManor believe that you shouldn't have to find out in the
middle of your install that you don't have everything that you
need, causing unwanted trips to the hardware store or an
additional phone call to the distributor. Therefore we have put
together complete* kits for most popular applications.
Note: All gauge pods are black except for '03-'08 Full
A-Pillar which is a Taupe/Light Gray ABS (OE Color and Grain
Matched). ISSPRO White Dial, Black Bezel, Red Pointer gauges
were designed to specifically match the '03-Up Dodge Ram OE
instrument cluster.

- Thermocouple Lead Wire (6
feet) - NOTE: this will be long enough for overhead windshield
mount due to length of wires coming off gauge connector.
- Enhanced Visibility Boost gauge in either 30,
40, or 60Lb., with 10 foot
tubing kit.
(Overhead windshield mounts will get DMI 14 foot tubing
kit and a 90° elbow for the back of the boost gauge).
Boost bolt included for 24 Valve applications.
- All Overhead Windshield
mounted gauges come with ISSPRO R7799 extension cables if
applicable.
- Enhanced Visibility Trans Temp gauge 100-280°F
with matched sending unit (if ordering 3-gauge set or 2-gauge
Pyro and Trans).
- Enhanced Visibility Fuel
Pressure Gauge 0-30 PSI
with isolator and tubing kit (requires Stainless Steel braided
hose -
not included*).
- All gauges dim equally
with your factory instrument cluster. Gauges connect to your
factory dimmer wire.

(Ring Terminals) - The standard thermocouple with all kits
is the R658SHT-8F. Both the leadwire and thermocouple have
ring terminals. To make the connection you need to overlap
one ring of the thermocouple over the matching ring terminal
of the leadwire. Then you insert a screw through both
ring terminals and tighten a nut on the back side.
This is done for both leads (red and yellow) of the
thermocouple. This thermocouple has an adjustable Hi-Temp
Inconel tip, rated to 2000°F. Adjusts to 1-5/8" and is
supplied with a 1/8"NPT slip nut. It requires you to
drill and tap the exhaust manifold (tap and bit sold below
if needed).

(Weather Pack Connector)
This upgradeable thermocouple is the same as above except it
has a DELPHI Weather Pack connector. It simply plugs into
the matching weather pack leadwire. This connector speeds
up installation time, is fully
weatherproof, and is unaffected by, dirt, chemicals, or
vibration. Identical to
the factory connectors under your hood already, Weather Pack
connectors are used my most OEMs. If you choose
this option you will get a matching Weather Pack leadwire. |

*Fuel Pressure Gauge requires S.S. Braided hose not
included. This item is custom to your application due to
varying lengths. We have S.S. hoses in stock as well as
threaded banjo bolts. See bottom of this page or call
if you need more information. Most applications use 36"
length.
*For Trans Temp gauges: gauge kits come with
adapter bushing that can be brazed to the side of the
transmission pan. Alternatively you can use our
Sender Extender or replacement Cooler line (link below)
if you don't have an aftermarket transmission pan with a
sender port.

I've just finished installing your A-pillar
gauge package on my '04 Ram Diesel and thought
I'd pass along a few comments.
First, as a retired Aerospace
Engineer, I've seen hundreds of test and
installation procedures. Early on I established
the 3 C's criteria when rating them - Clear,
Concise and Complete. Your package is a home run
on all counts. The detailed text, and especially
the photos, left no doubt as to how to
accomplish the task. Secondly, the hardware. All
in the box, all as advertised and all quality
stuff. Last, the finished installation looks
like it came from Dodge. The colors, faces,
lighting all a perfect match to the factory
stuff - very professional looking job.
