GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
DieselManor
primarily uses UPS for our shipping carrier. Occasionally we
will use Federal Express if your order does not get loaded on
our UPS truck in time. We also have 5 other distributor locations
in the US and Canada that we will sometimes ship from in
addition to shipping from the product's manufacturer directly.
As such, we, our distributors and suppliers reserve the right to
use the shipping carrier of our/their choice. Upon checking
out
of the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose the
type of UPS service that you desire: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd
Day Air, or Next Day Air. In all cases, the shipping carrier and
method will match the service that you chose during checkout.
Example: if you chose UPS 2nd Day Air, your package will be
shipped with a "2 Day" shipping method, regardless of the
carrier. If you require a special shipping method that is not
available in our checkout (Next Day Air Saturday Delivery, APO,
etc.) please call in your order to see if that service option is
available to your specific delivery address. Shipping to AK or
HI may require additional shipping cost. If this is the case a
DMI sales associate will contact you prior to charging you any
additional charges, giving you the option to cancel your order.

makes it even easier to plan home deliveries around your
busy schedule.
You decide where and when your packages will be
delivered:
Not going to be home for a delivery? As a UPS My Choice
Member, you can have your packages delivered to The UPS
Store or even held for pickup at a UPS Customer Center.
And you can give authorization online for UPS to deliver
packages without a signature for drop-off when you're
not going to be home to sign in person. |
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders that come in before 11:00 AM EST will get shipped
out the same day. We do our very best to get all other orders
shipped out the next business day, but sometimes this is just
not possible. Regardless of this, we ask that you allow us up to
3 business days from the date your order is placed to get your
items shipped (special order items may take longer). If you
select and expedited service, such as "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day
Air" we will most likely get your order shipped out the same day
that you place your order as long as it is prior to 11:00 AM
EST. If you have an urgent need and want to make sure that your
order can ship immediately, please call us to verify your
shipping time.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBERS
After you place your online
order you will receive an Order Confirmation via
email. This is not a Shipping Confirmation or a
Receipt - just a confirmation letting you know that your
order was placed with our online shopping cart. This site does not
electronically process your credit card after you submit
your order. After we ship your order you will
receive a Shipping Confirmation as well as Tracking Information verifying that your
order was shipped, along with the expected delivery date.
Therefore it is imperative that you enter a valid email
address. Sometimes the automated Order
Confirmation and Tracking Information that are sent are
misinterpreted as spam, or junk email. Please
check your junk email folder if you did not receive
either.
SHIPPING TIMES
The charts below depict the typical delivery time for items
leaving our New Hampshire facility via UPS
and FEDEX Ground Service. Note: this is from the shipping date, not
the date you place your order. Weekends and holidays are
not represented in this chart. If you place your order
before 11:00 AM EST. Mon-Friday, we will make every attempt to
get it shipped out the same day. We do not guarantee your
order arrival date. Once again, if your order
is of an urgent nature, please call us to verify the shipping
time. Please note:
Severe weather conditions or other adverse environmental
problems sometimes cause significant service disruptions. This
is beyond our control and that of the carrier. As a result, some
shipments may experience unavoidable delays. The UPS and Federal
Express Service Guarantee does not apply when packages are
delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you selected expedited service (3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next
Day) we encourage you to call us to make sure you will get it by
the time you expect to receive it. Saturdays, Sundays, and
holidays are not business days and should not be included in
shipping times. Example: a 2nd Day Air package leaving on
a Friday will arrive 2 business days later, on Tuesday. Due to unanticipated
demands and manufacturing delays, sometimes we may be out of
stock on a certain item. If you don't call us and we are
out of stock of an item you ordered, we will contact you.
DELIVERY SIGNATURE INFORMATION
We do not require a signature for most orders that are shipped
directly from our New Hampshire location, but we do reserve the
right to require a signature if we feel that it's necessary.
Orders that are shipped from one of our distributors or directly
from one of our manufacturers are subject to the shipping policy
of that distributor or manufacturer. If a delivery signature
requirement will create a problem for you we recommend that you
call us to discuss your shipping needs so we can help to get
your order to you in the most convenient method.
SHIPPING RATES
Our website's shipping rate calculator only
estimates the shipping cost. In some cases the
actual shipping amount will be less than what the shipping
calculator quotes you during checkout. We will enter the
lesser shipping cost when we manually process your order.
Expedited service is usually not less than what the site quotes
you. We will
never
charge you more without first contacting you, but we
may charge you less. You will
never pay a Handling Fee. Many other online
retailers charge Shipping and Handling. We believe that
you should only pay for what it costs to get your product to
your doorstep, therefore that's all that we charge - Period!
Shipping to AK or HI may require additional shipping cost. If
this is the case a DMI sales associate will contact you prior to
charging you any additional charges, giving you the option to
cancel your order.
DROP SHIP ORDERS
Items that we do not have in stock at the time of your order
may be drop shipped from one of our many warehouse location or the
manufacturer. If it is important that you know the delivery date
that your package will arrive, please call in your order so that
you can confirm it with a sales representative.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our website only allows for shipping within the United
States. We gladly welcome our Canadian customers and APO
delivery address's. For shipping
prices to these locations please call us so that we may obtain the most accurate
and economical shipping option for your order. The buyer is
responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Unfortunately we will not ship to other countries.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address,
normally we can make an shipping address correction up to 1 day
before the package is scheduled to arrive at the address you
provided. Please contact us immediately upon identifying an
incorrect shipping address. UPS and FedEx both have an address
correction charge associated with an address correction. We will
charge you this additional cost. If you provide us with an
undeliverable shipping address, and as a result the carrier (UPS
or FedEx) automatically makes an address correction, they will
charge us a fee. We in turn will charge you that same fee.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package does not arrive according to the
delivery date that corresponds with your orders tracking number(s)
you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in our inability to claim
a "lost package" with the carrier and resulting in a our
inability to refund your purchase. If for any reason you did not
receive an Order Confirmation (for internet orders), Tracking
Number or Shipping Confirmation according to the information
given above, please contact us right away.
We make all of the above information well known to you in advance. By
placing your order with us you agree to these terms.
